Saolta is seeking a qualified consultant to develop “Food for Thought” aligned with the Level 4 Horticultural Science module (4N0682) with a focus on GCE.
Objectives:
The consultant is expected to deliver a comprehensive GCE resource pack called “Food for Thought”, an exploration of the climate crisis and food security / insecurity that can be used as part of the Level 4 Horticultural Science module (10 credits – 4N0682).
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Education, Social Sciences, Communications Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing educational resources, preferably within the field of GCE or sustainable horticulture.
- Strong understanding of GCE principles and their application in education.
- Experience working with FET programs and familiarity with the Irish education system.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality educational materials.
