A two-year transformative Global Citizenship Education Programme for Adult & Community Educators from Liberia & Ireland.
This innovative Global Citizenship Education (GCE) training is designed to empower Adult and Community Education educators and practitioners with the skills and knowledge needed to integrate high-quality GCE into ACE.
By fostering a cross-cultural learning exchange between Liberia and Ireland, this programme enhances global education capacity, facilitating collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and best practice development among educators.
Led by DEN-L and Saolta, participants will engage in immersive learning experiences, interactive workshops, and peer-led initiatives to deepen their understanding of GCE principles, methodologies, and real-world applications. This dynamic training programme equips educators with tools to address global justice issues, critical thinking, and participatory learning in their teaching and community work.
By embedding Global Citizenship Education in Adult and Community Education, this initiative promotes transformative learning, empowering individuals to become active global citizens. Participants will develop the skills, knowledge, and values necessary to contribute to a more just, sustainable, and inclusive world.
